We start with your own situation. How many spots you have, what you want to achieve with them and which agreements already apply. Only then do we show you what that looks like in the app. A half-hour video call with someone who built the product.

No presentation and no tour of everything the app can do. We first ask where the friction is in your organisation, whether that is overcrowded days, floors standing empty or simply that nobody knows who is coming in tomorrow. Then we show what it takes.
How many desks, parking spaces or rooms you have, across how many locations, and what you want to achieve. That could be control over busy days, but equally fewer square metres, teams that meet more often or an end to arranging things by email. Which agreements apply now, and where they break down in practice.
We show how those agreements become settings, such as limits per group and per day, who can go where and floor plans if you want them. Only the parts that apply to your situation, because you can simply leave the rest switched off.
If you like what you see, we set up an environment with your own locations and floors in it. Your colleagues can actually work with it instead of watching a demo, and it costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
What a user-friendly app. We said goodbye to our Excel team schedule and moved over to AppjePlekje completely. Very satisfied.
The four questions that would otherwise open the conversation. They are here so you do not have to ask them.
€3,30 per user per month, or €2,80 with an annual subscription, excl. VAT. That includes an unlimited number of locations, rooms and spots, so more desks or parking spaces cost nothing extra. Above 500 users we offer custom pricing. Visitor management is included in the subscription. The Brivo integration, the kiosk at the front desk and reading data from sensors are charged per location. The branding module with your own logo and colours is also charged separately.
You are live within a few days of us receiving your floor plans. There is no implementation project and no one-off fee. Most of the work lies in choices you have to make anyway, such as how far ahead people may book and which groups can go where.
Nothing. No sensors under desks, no screens next to rooms and no badge printers at the front desk. Your colleagues sign in with their existing Microsoft or Google account, so there is no extra password. User management can sync with Entra, AFAS or Workday.
The monthly subscription can be cancelled monthly, the annual subscription annually. There is no minimum purchase in spots or rooms. You can grow or shrink at any time, because you pay for the number of users you have. Adding an office is not a contract change.
Then email your question. You get an answer from the same person you would otherwise speak to, usually the same day.
