Desks, parking spaces, meeting rooms and visitors in one app, for one price per user. Below you can read what that means, what it costs and who already works with it.
A system that is only half used produces only half the figures. That is why speed is not a detail. Anything that takes longer than the chat app people use to arrange it now will lose out to that chat app.
Native for iOS and Android, plus the web version for anyone working on a laptop. You notice it in how fast it opens and responds. The app is not mandatory, so business software on a personal phone remains the employee's own choice.
Your colleague picks a day and sees which colleagues will also be there, added up per team. That is exactly the question they ask anyway before deciding to come in. Anyone with a fixed routine sets it up once and it then repeats automatically.
“We said goodbye to our Excel team schedule and moved entirely to AppjePlekje. Very satisfied.”

Most booking systems are built around the desk. AppjePlekje is built around the day at the office, with the parking space, the visitors and the administration that come with it in the Netherlands.
In most systems a parking space is a desk with a car icon. With us you can make the licence plate mandatory per location, so reception knows which car should be there that day. You assign charging points separately, and parking for your colleague's guest is part of the same booking.
WPM reporting (the Dutch work-related mobility reporting duty) asks for office days per means of transport. Those are already in the bookings, so the report follows from them without an annual survey. The commuting allowance goes to AFAS every month, only for the days someone was there.
Desk, parking space, visitors and lunch are one booking. If you move or cancel it, everything moves with it and no stray booking is left behind. That way your occupancy figures come from one source instead of three systems that do not know each other.
Per group you set what is allowed on which day, with a maximum per weekday, a booking deadline and separate rules for visitors. A limit that applies during the day can lapse in the evening, so whatever stays empty still becomes available for whoever comes tomorrow.
Check-in can be done in the app or on the computer, with the access badge your colleague already uses, or automatically via the app's location as soon as they are at the office. The latter also works in places where wifi detection falls short. If you want real-time occupancy per desk, we read desk sensors, as an option per location.
User management via Entra, AFAS or Workday, sign in with Microsoft or Google, two-way meeting room sync with Microsoft 365 and notifications in Slack. You can also have the app in your own branding, the way McDonald's and HelloFresh use it.
€2,80 per user per month with an annual subscription, €3,30 with monthly payment. No price per spot and no quote you have to request first. The price is simply on the site, and an extra floor or a second office does not change it.
You pay for the number of users you have. The monthly subscription can be cancelled monthly, the annual subscription yearly, and above 500 users we offer custom pricing.
AppjePlekje is a self-service platform, so you set everything up yourself. If you would rather hand it off, there is a one-off onboarding of €1.400, but it is not mandatory.
Nothing has to go on the wall or under a desk. Attendance is registered by checking in via the app, on the computer or via the location of the phone. Sensors or a kiosk at the front desk are available as an option per location, and you buy the devices yourself.
Your colleagues sign in with their existing Microsoft or Google account. There is no extra password and nobody has to be added manually.
On working days you get an answer within four hours from the people who built the product, usually within two, via WhatsApp, Teams, phone or email. No helpdesk that has to check internally, and no premium package needed to get it.
In five years AppjePlekje has not gone down once.
The environment runs on Google Cloud in Europe. When you end your subscription, you receive an export of all your data. After that it is permanently deleted within 30 days.
On-premise? That is possible, for organisations where it is a hard requirement. Expect a substantially different investment and your own operations team. Contact us and we will discuss whether it fits.
Once we have your floor plans, you are live within a few days. There is no implementation project, and you get forty days to try it out with your own locations.
AppjePlekje records who booked a spot and when. Everything around it, from signing in to reporting, is set up so that no extra passwords are in circulation and figures contain no names.
Your colleagues sign in with the Microsoft or Google account they already have. If you choose Microsoft, your own sign-in rules apply, such as two-step verification. Anyone who has neither signs in with a one-time code sent to their work email.
User management follows Entra, AFAS or Workday. Anyone who joins gets access, and anyone who leaves loses it without anyone having to think about it. Their future bookings lapse immediately.
The analytics dashboard only gets to see numbers, no names. Visitor data is shielded according to the type of visit, and for people who have left, bookings are anonymised after twelve months.
More than 1,000 desks are booked through AppjePlekje, from a single office to organisations across several countries.
"A user-friendly solution that has helped us organise desks and parking clearly in our hybrid working environment."

User-friendly, innovative and styled with our McDonald's colours and logo. In no time AppjePlekje has become one of the most-used apps in our organisation.
When you end your subscription, you receive an export of all your data. After that everything belonging to your organisation is permanently deleted within 30 days, from bookings and users to spots and invitations. One thing deliberately stays, namely the appointments that ended up in your own Microsoft 365 through the integration. They are yours and fall under your own retention policy.
It records that someone booked a spot for a day, and if you use check-in, that they were present that day. It does not measure working hours, it does not track anyone around the building and the reports admins see are aggregated without names. That makes it a conversation about ground rules instead of about surveillance.
The monthly subscription can be cancelled monthly, the annual subscription yearly. There is no minimum purchase in spots or rooms. Giving up a floor or adding an office is not a contract change.
Yes. Per location you set up what is there and which rules apply, and your colleague first picks where they are. You set public holidays per country, so a Belgian or German office is closed on the right days. The app is available in Dutch and English.
