The software is the easy part. The conversation about ground rules, about who gets priority on a full day and about how many square metres you still need, that is the real work. So we put someone alongside you who has done it before.
Not about buttons. About the choices you have to make anyway and that keep getting postponed because nobody owns them. The goal is not a system that runs, but an office that runs more calmly and where nobody has to guess any more whether there is a spot.
How many days you expect your people at the office, and why. Which teams need to meet each other. Who gets priority when it is full. That becomes a document of a few pages that a manager can explain, not a policy document nobody reads.
Those agreements become settings. Limits per group and per day, who can go where, floor plans per floor and the connection with Microsoft or Google. Your colleagues do not have to learn anything they later have to unlearn.
A rule only holds if a manager can explain it and is prepared to hold people to it. That is why managers get separate attention, with guidance for the conversation in their own team and for the inevitable question of why that one colleague gets three days and they do not. That way it holds after the support ends.
A system that is only half filled gives half the figures. Your adviser stays involved until it is really being used, watches the first busy days with you and adjusts where the rules chafe in practice.
Not a general management consultant, but someone with a facilities or HR background who has introduced hybrid working before at an organisation of this size. We find the match, you talk to them first and decide yourself.
We start with a conversation about your situation and size. Then we propose someone who fits that situation and you talk to them yourself. If it does not click, we propose someone else. You are not committed to anything before you have made that choice.
This is not a secondment. You do not buy an hourly rate with a timesheet at the end of the month, and you are not in a programme that keeps running as long as there is budget. There is a fixed price, a fixed lead time and a deliverable per phase.
If it runs over, that is our problem and not your invoice. If after the first phase it turns out you need nothing more, it stops there and you do not pay for the rest.
The programme is based on AppjePlekje, because the setup and the figures come from it. The subscription is charged separately and is listed on the pricing page.
That is always possible, because the platform is built for it. You get a trial environment with your own locations in it and forty days to try it out. Nothing listed below is mandatory.
Rollout support is for those who cannot fit it in alongside their daily work, or for those facing multiple locations and a question about office space.
AppjePlekje is a self-service platform, so you can set everything up yourself and that costs nothing. Onboarding is optional, a one-off €1.400, and is about your environment. We set up your locations, spots and groups and prepare the integrations, so you do not have to figure that out.
A support programme goes a level deeper, because it is about the agreements themselves, about the managers who have to work with them and about what the figures tell you later.
One adviser for the whole programme, so no changing faces. We remain on hand for anything to do with the product.
